I am an experienced speaker and trainer, and have achieved the Toastmasters level of Competent Communicator (AKA “Competent Toastmaster” or CTM).  I’ve served as President of a Toastmasters club for librarians and would be happy to talk to other librarians who are interested in setting up their own local chapter.
