I have been offering executive and personal coaching services since 2006.  I have successfully coached professionals who have moved on to more fulfilling positions in their careers — or left their career to follow their entrepreneurial dream of starting a small business.

WHAT IS COACHING? 

Coaching is an equal relationship between two people directed towards fulfilling the goals and needs of the client/coachee. In a coaching relationship, you set the agenda and the coach assumes at all times that you are creative, resourceful, and whole, and helps to bring your knowledge, skills, and talents to fruition.

Through deep listening and provocative questions, I will help you discover and create a clear vision of your purpose and goals, become aware of the ways in which you may be sabotaging or limiting yourself, and help you develop strategies for moving forward.

In short, coaching helps you figure out what you want, helps you develop an action plan, and helps keep you on track and moving forward toward the fulfillment of your goals.
